Kind of a tie between commando and operative. I'm not sure about engi. I like tanking, but I also love how ops can be happy-go-lucky and responsibility-free.

Op dies too fast, so you need an engineer; engi does little dmg, if any, so you have to be in a team; commando needs more dmg and more healing capabilities, so you need the other two classes. Final verdict: no class is good, just get a good team.
