The Forgotten have returned to Arlor! Unfortunately, on their way to see their beloved heroes, the Forgotten were ambushed by Gorestomp, an evil Orc and his Goblin mercenaries. Gorestomp robbed the Forgotten of their Phantom Slug tokens and all of their trade-friendly 'Forgotten' vanity items - forged from classic equipment. It is now up to the heroes of Arlor to recover these items and give justice to the Forgotten!
How to Play:
Enter the (energy free!) portal in town to visit the Forgotten Mine. Here, you will face hoards of Goblin mercenaries and, finally, Gorestomp himself.
Enemies and chests have a chance to drop Phantom Slug tokens that you can spend with The Forgotten on bound versions of the event vanities, or if you're lucky, loot trade-friendly versions from Gorestomp!
Swig a Forgotten Vanity Farmer's Elixir (effect lasts for 10 minutes) to increase your token yields and vanity drops, add a chance to loot vanity auras, as well as the possibility to catch the rare gold goblin miniboss Zlatto.
Slaying Zlatto can grant you more Phanton Slug tokens, AND extra gold (at least 1,000).

The following vanities are available as drops from Gorestomp (trade-friendly) or from the vendor (bound).
Ancient Spirited Set
Planar Gladiator Set
Voice of the Order Set
Demonic Purple Set
Rogue Weapons: Dreamscape Bow, Heartseeker Daggers, Lifethief Daggers, Villainous Daggers
Sorcerer Weapons: Flamestrike Staff, Hellshriek Staff, Wyrmbone Staff, Iced Ribs Gun
Warrior Weapons: Flame Forged Hammer, Lightning Sword, Vorpal Sword, Imbued Sword and Shield
These vanities are available as drops from Gorestomp only (trade-friendly):
Tarlok Set
Iron Wrought Set (including weapon)
Devourer Set
And these auras are available as drops when using the Forgotten Vanity Farmer's Elixir:
Firebug Aura
Glintstone Armature Aura
Glintstone Assailant Aura
Glintstone Regalia Aura
Plus, you'll find a special event locked crate, the Locked Gorestomp Mercenary Crate. This crate, unlocked for 5 platinum, contains the chance to drop gold (up to 1,000,000), lvl 81 mythic gear, and even Heroic Hammerjaw's egg! Plus a lot more.
Limited Sales
We'll also be running some limited time store sales throughout the event for even more Forgotten vanity fun. Keep an eye out for:
The Forerunner Set and Paracelsus Stone Aura, available this weekend only (May 28-29).
Then, the Architect Set + Weapon available next weekend (June 4-5).
This event is scheduled to begin at 1:30PM Central on May 26th and run for two (2) weeks ending on June 9th.

Not shocking at all.
And stop over exaggerating, the tabard and forbearer sets etc and LB exclusives won't return.
Forerunner set is literally a dope looking set being manipulated by a group of people and that's not the issue.
A good piece of equipment not being able to use in maps. So this is a good move forward considering the good looks of this set at any point of time.

Forerunner isn't that rare and it was around 1-2 m when the other sets like brown/criers were the price of LB vanities even at that time. They know what they're bringing in.. So chill out and stop this kids play of posting every thought and feeling throughout the entire thread of grief.
And what's sad is that your repeatedly making grief posts from this same account thinking it's a point of concern.. It's not just because you blow it up repeatedly without even anyone countering you so give it a rest.

They do not want to get their hands on expensive and valuable items, but it has happened. It is happening right now and will continue to happen. I don't make the rules nor would want to rule out the possibility.
They do not touch exclusive items, as you can see.
I used to have the same stance as these fellow collectors do. But the headline is that developers will make the necessary decisions to ensure that the game has adequate funding.
