Shiny blue antennas??! And all elite items? Part 2 o.o

Well... we figured out how the person got those antennas. I have the right to believe it was this:

Here's the deal. Saycred helped Techno do something one night while on an elixir. Saycred ended up wasting a 30 plat elixir and didn't ask anything in return. Techno found it was nice of them, and awarded them.

It was just a act of kindness. It isn't like Guardians who excessively help and get rewarded whilst expecting nothing. It was just a quick reward.

Others will be rewarded. STS wasn't trying to troll. They were just trying to keep it secret. Everyone has been pounding on Saycred so much when all he did was recieve some antennas.

He was given the weapons to advertise just like I was.

That wraps up the antennas. Ok, ok. an antenna seems pretty good as a reward. If anyone else got they probably wouldnt wear anyways. Why did i make part 2 when we already know the answer? thats not all saycred got. I saw em in cs with the elite healing staff thing. Ok, was thinking it was a drop. Once i remembered Sayc in techno in dungeon it came to me.

A minute later sayc pulls out the swordfish. So... saycred could not have farmed that. Sayc got all three elite items as a gift. We know that the antennas were the gift for pulling the thirty platinum. So.... what the Fluff is this?! (sorry if i hurt yo feelings fluffy )

Ok so some guy got the sick items. Who cares, it doesnt stop you from looting. Half the fun is getting the drop anyways, so farm on Humanians!

are you talking about the new Elite items? if so then you HAVE to be 71 to enter the dungeon

Honestly, just another thread to get locked. Saycred was the first to directly share the idea of an ELITE dungeon with TechnoEmail. Techno felt after that it would be nice to pump people to get farming by simply showing the items off until Monday afternoon - where the items will simply vanish. She wasn't favoriting them. Just being nice.

Conrad, you can't loot if you're under level 71 as it drops from the ELITE dungeon Mystery Mash which is only accessible by those who own the [Whatever] of Humania.

On topic, though: This is possibly the first time a player's suggestions have been taken and implemented into the game at a massive level.
Think we might be seeing some more player-introduced features anytime soon?

thanks for clearing up the dungeon for me. I agree, this is on of the first times major suggestions have been taken into account. (The other notable one s being implementing PVP and not returning xmas items) Its a leap in the right direction

The devs used to be FAR more player based. Ask any oldies, people would post a great suggestion, and devs would post on the thread and add it the next day.

Well, the PvP thing wasn't really a suggestion.
More like an accelerated thing.
PvP is pretty much a major part of every game. What's a game without PvP?
It would HAVE to eventually come along within the lines of game development and progress.

XMAS items not returning was basically a petition/asking for thing.
Although I think STS already decided beforehand to add new items, maybe so people who had the old items already have an incentive to run the exact same dungeons over for the new drops.

This is the first major thing that's been added.
Think about it.
For the last few level caps, there has not been any thought or idea about an ELITE dungeon like this one.
And from what I hear, Saycred gave Techo this "raw base model" of the whole idea.

For one thing I know, I believe the implementation of a "Lead Designer" for each game has been the best idea so far for STS.
I think with these lead designers, who PURELY focus on designing new game features instead of having to deal with bugs/patches/marketing/financial issues, they would DEFINETELY have more time to look over player suggestions and see what they can do to implement them.

I'm going to pick up some strong suggestions that are supported by many players, (like a mailbox feature) and see if we can make a thread and get it noticed by TechnoEmail or something.

Well, that was when the game was more new and hadn't had some of its rather...more essential body pieces.
By listening to player feedback, I believe the Devs could establish something the general player base of the world would like, attracting more overall attention to the game, and then build up something more dependent on their own guidance from there.

Now that it's flourished and polished, it's more of a flow-like thing.
But even though there are still lots of things that would make PL better, it's not a huge timebomb pressuring STS at the moment.
They'll get to it eventually, but not as frantically as some of the more important suggestions.

Pvp Was added becasue of players demanding it, and aren't there elite dungeons in most games? Not exactly a new idea. We have been wanting them for years. We never see Devs posting or chatting like they used too, and i feel the Devs have become alienated from the players. They aren't nearly as helpful as they used to be. Now if you PM a devs they just post back a day later that you shoulda used support@sts

Well there are a lot of reasons for that.
Back then, they had one single game to pour all their energy into, and believe me, it's a lot of energy and effort.
Now they have three, and an upcoming fourth.
