Did you try logging out or restarting your device
make sure your account was charged for the platinum so if you had 25 dollars make sure you have 5 left after the purchase if it hasnt charged you yet then rebuy it cuz u might have lagged

Did you get $19.99 deducted from your money?
If not, you might have lagged.
If you did, wait until after the weekend and send STS an email.
