NEW Weapon Arcane Type - Star Mystic Magic Gun



Have Proc: Activated Charged Attack.

When the Star Rays proc is active, the caster receives 25% critical damage, 150% damage, 50% boss damage, 50% mitigation, 30% haste, 30% cosmic, nature, shadow damage for 8 sec.

When proc "Star Rays" is activated, it deals damage to 3 enemies and applies the "Star Burn" effect to the affected enemies, 150% more damage is dealt to enemies from all attacks and each attack stuns the enemy for 0.5 sec (stacks up to 10 times) for 8 sec .

“Star Burn” - accumulated damage is dealt to the enemy every 1 sec. duration 8 sec. (Damage is added to each attack and the accumulated damage is dealt every 1 sec. as additional damage.)
