I don't understand how Mitch doesn't loose quality on his sig, they are so detailed to the pixel.

Lol they certanly do loose quality ;-) It's trying to make em look good even with the quality loss that counts.

Nice improvement Flash. However, The black border at the top and the bottom made the sig look better. Why'd you take it out?

morfic, I didn't want to take it out. It just, was that way and there were holes in the top that annoyed me. Plus, the only reason they where there is because I didn't fill the whole sig up and it auto-created a border. Thanks, morfic. I'll get ready to go back and cut out one tiny line of pixels on each side to and fill it with black re-add the border effect.

--Edit 1: I zoomed in the see the pixels and simply erased and filled.
--Edit 2: The Chrome Icon is sorta messed up at the bottom

Rectangular Marquee tool.
Go across the top of the sig at the width you want. Fill it black.
Duplicate the layer, put it on the bottom as well.
Boom.
