not only are there a lot of them (about 20) but they're nearly all empty. its strange. and yes they're joinable.

i was going to report it too, but i thought w/ the current setting of going to blackstar base (when you hit the home button, it sends you to the full base? instead of the random spawn at any base, i have not confirmed it yet but, this is what's been happening to me) so.. i guessed that all the bases were just full.
just saying.
