Talk about a ripoff.. 25 plat for a purple gun that has worse stats then the guns that drop in the hive..

Last time I spend any plat on packs.. I feel scammed.

Hopefully you got a Sci-FI vanity that you like, but I'll see what can be done to make the pistol stand up though. Note: Unlike the Hive items, the Serene Malcontent pistol is available to players at all levels. It plays second fiddle to Rover's awesomeness anyway

The weapon has rare, epic, and legendary versions. The legendary version has a mana regen proc as well.

Hope you guys like Rover, it is one of my favs to date.

Also, I want to give credit to our super enthusiatic and talented QA peeps, Bpog and Mjolstin, for creating the Hive content, so let them know how much you like it!

I've been working on something that should be coming out soon, so keep an eye out.

p.s. not to scar off anyone, but i bought 500 plat worth of these packs to get rover not once did I get a legendary. so be prepared to spend a bit for one.

add: the gun doesnt do much, better not wish for the gun. 1type of vanity and 1gun per buy.

The proc is not messaged in the item description or stats just like the Hive items that have procs, we are working on a way to get that info displayed, but the legendary versions have the proc. Get to shootin' and you should see the mana regen pop.

aight, tested the gun.. mana regen proc works random and low. im not saying to improve it more for it will be bais to non plat users which are many in SL community.

all i would like is to say is STOP bringing DL item random packs to SL.

If I had known that the gun was that crappy I wouldn't have bought the pack in the first place, I expected to get 2 nice vanities with 50 plat, kinda hoped for a face and a towel..
If the vanities would have been 25 plat a piece with a random chance of colours I would have gladly spend an sload of plat on them.. but to spend plat on a Crap gun.. no ffing way..

People wouldn't be 1/10th as critical of Gibber if he communicated with the community 1/10th what Carapace does over at DL.

if I was told that the guns were worse then the ones dropping in the hive I wouldn't have bothered to even buy a pack.. wich would result in me not complaining.
I'm glad that I got a purple one.. if I had gotten a green one.. I'd probably be banned by now for insulting the staff..
But then again.. if the staff would have warned ppl about how worthless the guns are.. they wouldn't have sold a single pack.
