I feel that, well, just because sombody doesnt logon doesnt mean they should be deleted. What should happen is that after, say, 1-2 years, the chatacter is DEACTIVATED TEMPORARILY and the owner should be able to log back on and activate the unchanged character with the same, or if needed, different, name. All info would remain intact and not be deleted so they could continue playing.
