Sadly no matter what build a commando uses,a decent 15 or higher op will win.
(As long as there are no rushers you should be good) Watch you're back.
However i'm not sure of a build.Sorry!

Up until level 35 , a commando is severely under-powered. With out question no matter how good of a com you are an operative will always beat you. Com starts evening out later on in the game . If you are still planning on pvping at 16 i would suggest make an operative.
