Can't Craft in Forest Haven

I was Leveling My PVP Bear to 12 Yesterday and got A L15 Experts drop, So I went to craft it and it says I'm not ready Yet, I tried on my 66 too and I did all of his quests on it that day Yet he still says I'm not ready Yet , Please Help
P.S. I've never posted in the forums so if I'm getting anything wrong please correct me it would help

Same here.I completed all levels of forest haven including path to dark forest and still says the same thing...

Me as well! I've had to resort to giving away scraps because my inventory is too full. I have a lvl 70 and 68 and neither one of them can craft there. I also get the same message about going through the portal but I know that's not the problem. I crafted there with my lvl 70 when I was a brand new character to make her a hat but now I can't? I suppose it's not super necessary but I'd rather craft with my scraps than just delete them from inventory.

Since I started my character about 2 months ago, I haven't been able to craft. I'm new to the game and would like to start crafting myself. I'm level 28 now, so i've been playing for a little bit now. can't wait for the devs to fix it.
