You want the item and they want an offer. Offer what your willing to pay if they say no move on. Someone may be so desperate for that one item they will offer more then the next person.

Most everyone here has a good point. I prefer the people buying to make an offer if the person selling didn't set a minimum price in their announcement.

Dude they do that to start off the money to see what your highest offer is and can maybe adjust. I do this and i don't appreciate thi thread saying "oh, all people who ask for offers are noobs" i am no noob just want to know the highest they can go to see if we are in the same ballpark in price.

u can ask ppl what is the price. they help, u can pm me in game and ill tell u how much is sold items. some ppl will tell u. just ask!
