I purchased 2000 plat on 1st August and could have top-up to buy another 2000 or 4000 with the 40% discount. Lesson learnt.

I believe Samhayne told another customer facing the same problem as you to email support(at)spacetimestudios.com replacing the (at) with an @ so they can sort you out. I highly recommend that you do that.

I emailed and they told me there would be no adjustment. Sucks but guess that's the way it is.
