Guild applications and invites

Could we have a system to send applications to join guilds?
This would probably require a guild board showing all guilds in game starting from the #1 ranked at the top and the rest following as you scroll down.

And also to be able to send guild invites to people who are offline.

The current system is pretty outdated.

Sorry, it's done this way to prevent players from spamming guilds and we have no plans to change it.
