And ur idea isnt the greatest, im sure there are plenty of lvl 66 players out there thst have the angel set. Lvl 65 players would be waaaaaaaay underpowered. So i wouldnt go through this...

New Tournament Idea
If you really want to host a Pvp tournament go ahead. Pm Samhayne and I'm sure he would help you or tell you how to start it up. Come up with rules and requirements and things like that and if it's not ridiculous you could start a tourney if you'd like...Keep in mind...winning your own tournament might not be a good idea....

someone else suggested going against 61s so why would i say no
