Can I redeem this account

I had a level 45 bear that I spent quite a bit of plat on. That was a long time ago. I miss it so much. The reason I cannot get it back is because I had delete Pl and reinstall it because it was acting goofy and crashing, but when I got it back I could not remember the password to my account. And no, I could not press "forget password?" because the email was my old email that got ruined and is impossible to retrieve. Is there ANY way I can get the account back?

I would suggest you send an email to support and tell them the situation. Also (on a side note), did you register that account? If you didn't register that account there is no way for them to retrieve it.

Write our Support Team with the details and maybe they can piece it together. Usually, they require that you write from the registered email (otherwise how do we know that it isn't someone trying to steal an account, ya know?) but maybe they can sort it.

Did you tie that account with an email? When you register an account it will ask for a valid email and then ask you to verify the address. Once you verify the address your account is then registered.
