i saw a bird tell me to use only int but since he was only a bird i think he maybe doesnt know anything especially for being about bears so could a really bear tell me the best way for it?

Sometimes they use INT- Staffs (though bears are useless as Int Bears..)
Or they even use DEX- Bow + Arrows..
