How to report scammers and what are the actions of the gm about this

If they are in the same place as you, you can click on their avatar where you will see a report butten that leads to further options.
You can also type /report ( name ) if you can't find them.
Screenshots can be helpfull.
There should be a "stickied" thread with details at the top of the forums
