"Hello America-

I am prince baswanni of Nigeria. I have received 70 billion dollars u.s that I must store in off-shore accounts to avoid detection. If you help, I will give you 1 million dollars u.s. just send me your bank info, router info or credit card info and I can start the transfer.

Don't give him an obvious fake, give him a real fake so he wastes his time. Then let him come back and tell you it didn't work, then tell him again but change one letter to make it look like you made a typing mistake the first time. Then repeat as many times as he keeps coming back. Keep him running back and forth until he moves on.
