Dropproblems, my experience

Trying to get the white bats i ran roof assaillent over and over with my main. He now has almost 150 k kills, no luck. I decided to do a test.

I made an alt i ran roof as soon as i could but also other maps dropped loads of vanities to me. On roof no bats bleeeeh but loads of socialite legs. Seemed i had my lucky char in my alt. Then the count came on 10 k, demon achievement. I had NO vanity whatsoever since! Also pinks seemed to drop less. Looks like high killcount is killing the droprate. Hard work gets rewarded with bad luck. For me it seems there is a serious problem with the dropmeachanics.

they'll tell you it's just a coincidence and it's all luck...but the evidence of low level alts getting vanities is stacking up lol

This is why we need more people reporting this problem. Everyone thinks we are just whining but obviously we are simply pist off at the fact that this is happening yet nothing is being done about it.

So preach on cuz we've been at it since day one & our words still fall on brick walls. Smh Selective hearing lol.

I kinda can't contest the claim, but I hear "Demon" ranked players complain about their under-10k-counterparts getting more vanity drops than they are.

Well I am believing the theory now because my Main has never whatsoever received a vanity and has had at least 10k kills since vanities have been implemented (I am not a heavy PvE-r). My alt which I started last week hit level 10 and was running a dungeon when poof a Sea Captain Top dropped. My first vanity drop ever in DL. This character has 717 PvE kills and is now at level 12. I didn't even feel happy about the drop. My main has farmed much longer and never a drop and I switch to this toon and in less than 800 kills a vanity dropped.

I can attest to this happening as well. During the weekend, I started my alt character and have been getting crazy drops. I even got two solstice fire shards and socialite legs on one map run, which is unheard of. My lvl 26 character doesn't get any vanity drops. Not a coincidence.

No offense devs but there is something strange going on with the drops. Have you guys looked at the distribution curve vs level no just quantity?

It's all luck I got albino bats on my very first time on rooftop assailant. I agree, I also see less pink drops.

Pinks have been scarce as hell too. I started an alt to test this theory and all I had to show for was an orange desire piece. Under 2k kills and Lv 15

If they drop is not the issue i am sure they do. The issue here is i get 10+ vanities in the first 10 k of my kills. Now the demon title is reached and the 11 k kills that followed none has dropped on me. My main has 150 k kills, already + 10 k kills before vanities even dropped. On him i have gotten the total of 1 vanity ever. For me it seems there is a serious issue and its nothing to do with luck.

Random means that you have an equal chance of any possible outcome. So, you have the same chance of getting what you want the first time, as you do the 10,000,001st time. No idea if the drop rates are truly random though, most likely not.

Tested this out.
Make an new alts level 3 just leech with my lev26 main. (keep low kills)
Whenever vanities drop. (orange des top, green biker top, helm, soc top) Guess what? Random huh!!!??? All the new noob got it. My main like what the.... Guess Siri will kill the new noob for sure if she can. Lol

Ps: control 2 toons at same time kinda make me wanna bang my phone. My wife just shake her head and walk off every time see me do that. Damn I'm going insane soon. Real soon
