Don't give up. The drop rate for all that Order's stuff is much higher than for Dark Manic(for example). Got 2 complete sets in 3 days. Just a few thousand kills..

Got one in Rooftops. (From now on, I'll proof from time to time, that vanity always drops in the whole campaign.. to make all those drop-lists less complicated)

Can confirm, Black Druidic Top dropping on Gallows Alley Slums, Dead End. Happened today. Also found several Gamer Leggings there, and in Blood Boulevard.
