    Default Which dev is responsible for pvp?

    Because id like to know, so I can send a PM bout the ridiculous dodge goin on. There's no skill involved anymore. Bird vs bird is just stupid. Im not crying, or maybe I am, but I dodge way too much too, not just my opponents. It feels like pvp is being left out. When u make new gear for an update, do u even try it in pvp before u release the update? Tbh, the overall dmg is also too high in pvp. It requires no skill to press drain/blast ONCE n get the kill.

    And for yall pvpers out there:
    Which cap do u guys think was the best for pvp?
    I'd say sewers.

    I agree with this. In a bird battle, the first one to dodge basically wins. Pvp has gone from skill to luck now.

    I only tried pvp at 66 cap and now. Wouldnt really know but i liked nuris cap better.

    Mages would say now is best for pvp lol.. they are too easy to play (especially against birds)

    If I recall correctly, they nerfed skills and gear outputs around that time since stuff was getting out of hand.

    Level 50. Wouldve been a much better cap without GCD. Still is an awesome level for PvP.

    1. Dodge definitely needs toning down, when I fight other birds, I often request to fight without the dodge buff so the game is more fun
    2.this is the first cap I really pvped at, so I wouldn't know

    sewers has a 10% damage reduction, if every five levels beyond that was given another 5-10%, I think we'd be fine.

    there really isn't that much more dodge for str, compared to the royal sewer gears for bears, mages and birds are getting too much. if the damage is there so you don't die from solely a blast shot + auto, dodge isn't as big of a deal. making things do this much damage is why dodge has become so much more prominent.

    also, I think dex sets need a buff. 55 was the last level they were good on mages and bears, beyond that they keep getting worse and worse. the bird class itself is fine.

    lastly, i'd love it if they'd remove the current RNG, and replace it with a PRNG, which is very thoroughly explained here: http://www.playdota.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7993.

    edit:an excerpt from my link. if you understand it, you pretty much understand the concept:
    Instead of there being a 20% chance to Critical Strike with every attack, the first attack made actually has a 5.57% chance to Critical Strike. If that is not a Critical Strike, then the second attack has a 11.14% chance to Critical. If that is also not a Critical Strike, then the third has a 16.71% chance to Critical, and so on, adding 5.57% for each consecutive non-Critical. When a Critical Strike does occur, however, the chance for the next attack resets to 5.57%. In the long run, the number of Critical Strikes divided by the total number of attacks somewhat approximates the stated 20%, but now it is extremely difficult to have a series of Critical Strikes, and also impossible to go more than 17 attacks without a Critical, because the percentage for the 18th attack (assuming 17 previous consecutive non-Critical attacks) is 100.26%. In effect, the game causes the number of attacks between Criticals to be skewed towards 1 / 20% = 5, with a maximum limit of 17.
