game always crashing before opening

ok so i did a "thread" on this before and it got closed for "ranting" and i understand why it was closed. so i'm going to do it again but try to do it better.

here goes, im keeping this one clean

so i am using an iPod touch 3rd gen 8GB, verson 4.2.1 (i believe)
almost every time i try to open Pocket Legends it just sits at the Spacetime Studios screen for about 30-45 seconds then crashes (can keep crashing for about 6 hours).
also happens on Star Legends, but all other games i play loads normally.
Pocket Legends has only been crashing since the humania update.
i have no idea how to stop the crashing, any tips to help will help alot.

Same prob only with iPod 2g and support told me to update it to iOS 5...
Anyway, just keeping trying and it'll eventually open

Delete and reinstall?

I am having a similar problem. I am able to log in but everytime I try to join a game it just crashes. So far its been happening 3 times in row. I have tried the installing and reinstalling trick but still crashes on me.
