Free Plat Offers pending for over a week.

I installed every game being offered for Free plat played most of them to level 10 or at the least finished the tutorials and still havent received my plat. One of the offers disappeared "Crime City" and this is the game I play the most. Please advise because I want to level up my DL character but want the plat for the Starter Kit first.
