There will be an update this week that address the lack of gems.

- Downtown Suburbs will be added to the supported lvl 30 loot tables, this includes a Beast Gem of Health (lvl 30)
- Two more legendary gems will be added to Harg'kyth's loot table (Blood of attack, Moonstone of Defense lvl 30)
- The Blood Gem at Forest's Edge was incorrectly referencing the Health Blood gem instead of the Defense gem and will be changed when this update happens.

I expect it to go out before the end of this week.
