Apple should stop with the lawsuits. iCrap devices need to just be dropped from production for most simply being outdated the day they come out or soon after. Apple can't keep up with all the manufacturers using Android on more powerful devices. Better to just close up shop or release the source to the OS instead if keeping it in-shop. The only good thing about iCrap is the compatibility, not having to make apps compatible with 20k+ devices.

As the Galaxy S3 review I read said, by the time the iPhone 5 comes out, the (currently) beastly S3 will be it's biggest competitor (especially the European quad core version) simply because of price drops. The phone will simply be cheaper and still beastly. Well there are people out there who just are fanatical even after it being proved to them the Android device is better, but that's just fanaticism.

You never hear anyone saying "this phone is gonna be the Samsung Galaxy SIII killer" or "the asus tablet killer."

Apple has set the standard and people try to beat the standard to make their products stand out, the only problem is that some of them can't stand out without copying apple or they can't stand out at all. The only other company that has been truly innovating in the mobile OS platform besides Apple has been Windows, but people don't like it because they don't look and "feel" like iPhones (like how samsungs do).

Apple is done. Omg. the s2 beats 4s even tho its alot older. Apple cant compete with s3, thats just facts. Ive had bout 10 android phones and 3 apple. Iphone ia for old people or for people whos not interested in technology. If apple didnt exist, and launched their first phone today, no one would buy it.
