What's with Hail-emote?!

Nothing happens when i press Hail-emote, both pc and phone.. O.O and few guildies i've spoke with had same problem.

Yes we also have that problem, at first only high lvl players (lvl25 and above) had problems wth hail function, movement of arms yes but no fireworks, now nothing happens at all!?
Dev team hope u can fix this problem, not sure when we lost ability, will ask around and give update.

This was a bug and will be addressed in an update this week.
