Hm... They work Monday to Friday
Yesterday was Labor Day which is a federal holiday most companies were closed including STS. This week I would imagine they are only open Tuesday for Friday and will resume normal operating hours next week. Do to the extended weekend I'm sure they have a lot of reports to go through, but wisp get to you soon enough... Good luck and be patient
