These pinks drop from the boss Dragonet from the Fire Forest dungeon.
Fire Forest dungeon is only accessible if you have the Monarch Helm of Humania; you are level 71.
Fire Forest dungeon is an elite dungeon; a sneak peak for the Blacksmoke Mountain campaign.

Black Dragon Pinks consist of a Helm and Armor for each of the three attributes. They are pink rarity.
Black Dragon Pinks do not form a set.
Black Dragon Pinks do not scale; they are only level 71.
Common stats for each piece will be in bold.
