Default can we make the time of the seasonal (90 day) lb ending fit more (ill explain)

hi, currently, the approximately 90 day lb season cycle is pretty cool, but the time at which it ends doesn't seem to make sense. currently, when the lb ends, it ends at 4 am (for me, I am in the central time zone in America). There are 2 times that I think would make more sense. I think that since STS is located in Austin, Tx aka the central time zone, making season end at 12 am central time would make sense. Another time that I think would make sense is 12 am on the AL clock. When the season ends right now, it is usually 9 o clock on the AL clock which also doesn't make sense. I think if season end was changed to 12 am on the AL clock that would also make a lot more sense. So what I'm asking for is for the time to be adjusted slightly on future season lb end times ig? (Obviously it would be stupid and unfair to change the date for the coming end of season aka in 6ish days, therefore im asking for future seasons). Thanks!
