Pet disappears when in CS

Last week I purchased a dragon pet, and I notice that when I've been browsing the CS for a while, when I leave the CS window my pet is gone. I don't see it anywhere yet its still equipped. When I asked my buddy he said he still sees it. I can also see it if I look in my inspect window. But when just looking at the room, the pet is gone. So this is apparently a bug that only affects my view. But still a bug as I would like to see my pet. The only way to fix it is to either leave the town and come back, or to un-equip and re-equip the pet.

Also, this only happens if I've been in the CS window for a while. If I'm just in there for a minute or two then no problems. But if I'm browsing listings for 5-10 minutes, then it happens.

you must of bought the invisible unperceivius dragon pet, i have the invisible set an unperceivius pet with it

You must've seen the wrong thing with x-rays. That isn't the correct way to see it!
The only way to do so is to press : Alt + F4..

Just put it between two items, that way it'll show up as a blank space.
