Buying plat problem :/

Ok well im 15years old so im to young to get a credit card so my only option is to get an itunes card, but i live in mexico so the itunes currency is in pesos, so if i buy An itunes card will i be able to buy plat?
Im thinking it only works in dollar currency.

I'm almost positive it works with any currency that coincides with iTunes. Buy a 64.9455-129.8910 to find out? (or however much it is)
