Ok um I created my account a year ago exactly today and I didn't get the backpack. Am I gonna get it at the exact time that I created it? Also I have a bunch of characters in one account so do I get one veteran set each or just one set?

1) yes the exact time

2) you will get one set as this is award for your account, not toons - thats y you get it in the stash which is shared between toons

But you can equip these vans on any of yo toons - they will fit any class
