So once a member has 'llama, trolls and griefers', you then remove them from the guild right there and then? The fact is, your guild does not have resolvement skills and I'm worried that I'll be judged for my comments and be removed. I have experience being removed from 4 guilds in less than 24 hours because of QUESTIONS & GUIDANCE!

Uhhh what? If you're being removed from multiple guilds sounds like you should look inward. We remove people who harrass and trash talk or scam.
