Name, Waves, and difficulty in my opinion. Easy - Medium - Hard. I am a rogue, the difficulty levels might be different for other classes. This is based off of solo runs.
Easy = Common boss.
Medium = Decent chance at dying.
Hard = You have a high chance at dying or losing to time.

Waves with bosses: 3, 4, 5, 7-25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39

Blackrot Assassin - 3, 7, 13, 18, 21 - Easy
Dead Sentinel - 4, 6, 11, 14, 17, 19, 22, 24 - Easy
Realm Weaver - 5 - Easy
Grave Guard - 8, 12, 23 - Easy
Crypt Guardian - 9, 16 - Easy
Amalgamator - 10 - Easy / 33 - Medium
Blackrot Clot - 15 - Easy / 35 - Medium
Death Witch Voriana - 20 - Medium / 37 - Hard
Outland Necromancer - 25, 39 - Medium
Realmkiller Syvorox - 27 - Hard (keep your distance unless if you have procs active.)
Realmkiller Va'a - 29 - Medium (Kill pillars asap and keep distance from boss unless procs are active, this bosses dagger range is horrendous.)
Realmkiller Urel - 31 - Hard (You need extremely high damage in order to kill him or he will heal and you will run out of time. Nuke him.)
