New House Location: 5% critical damage bonus

yes but he says crit damage
sure why not, but 5% is a bit too high compared to other locations, they will probably make it 1%

5% sounds bit too much for a location, 2-3% would be more reasonable

Enough of critical damage, it's already everywhere and pretty ahead of all other attacking buffs (hence everyone's desire to roll it in weapon during awaken event).

Eh, true, but it was hard to roll or find for crit dmg% weapons. Furthermore, it is very expensive to obtain.
Not everyone is rocking with high crit dmg, so a little boost of crit dmg won't hurt IMO.

Get too many buff for this and they will just nerf if, sometimes be happy with what you get.
