It was this way for SL and DL too. If you want to play early, get an open system. If you like your device to have the "walled garden" as in all software tested, then be in iOS with me. There are upsides and downsides, but I won't leave iOS for the sake of playing one game a few days early. no way!

It’s not that we don’t love you. In fact, it’s that we want the game to be so awesome for you, that we’re doing this. We can test with other English speakers and see how they play through the game. Then, we can better file off the rough edges so that when it goes into full launch, it’s that much better of an experience for you. Hopefully that helps, even if only in some small part.
