200 Side Quest aps

I have 199 side quests finished (dark apostle)
I noticed that after finishing rebalancing act quest, it went down from 199- 190. My question is, if a player that already finished 200 side quest aps, finish the rebalancing act quest, will they lose the aps since the total sidequests will be lowered? or The aps will stay but only the completed side quest changes?

You dont lose aps once you have completed them. Same applies for badges, 100m gold and hc family aps.
