Okay so I found something today. In the auction house, the highest minimum lvl is 100 and so is the maximum. I think this is a clue that the last lvl is 100.

Maybe when 100 cap comes, they make new game and capped players can migrate their char to it

Road map to lvl 100
The planned "lvl cap" is 100/101 atm but they can change anytime, as long as sts can earn, I'm sure there would be higher lvls and more maps.
