Ok, so say someone who is 13 plays Pocket Legends, I doubt they could work out where you use: Tan/Cos/Sin without using google to find out... Don`t tell me what people can do and can't do, do you know the formula of differentiation in Maths, well most 14 year olds don`t, and most 14 year olds don't know about Factorisation or Tan/Cos/Sin.... So stop spamming and leave.

    I learned Sin/Cos/Tan
It was quite easy actually. Just used an acronym. SohCahToa
    Sin: Opposite Hypotenuse
    Cos: Adjacent Hypotenuse
    Tan: Opposite Adjacent.
I didn't learn that till my 9th grade year. I'm pretty sure that's right, but the way she taught it, I won't forget it.

Ok, I said some 14 year olds... Also I said factorisation, it's for people who are struggling, why do you keep going on about random crap, if all 14 year olds knew everything about maths, why aren't all 14 year olds smart, ehh? Just anyone who is struggling or needs help can post, I don't care what you did, that's you, there are around 7 billion other people in the world ok, you're one of them, some people struggle.

I knew sine cosine and tangent, heck I knew full Trig when I was 12.

I learned that in 8th grade (at age 13) so don't tell me what people can and can't do. Some education systems are more advanced. I'm guessing "most 14 year olds" refers to the kids in your school district

@Red Mmm well I hadnt learned it that way, I've always known it was an Indian man SohCahToa, but to each their own, as long as you're learning.

If you read I did help. I gave the way I learned it the best. If you don't see that as helping, well I can't help you.

This is what my good teacher taught me !!! And she actually made this up lol... She did this because she claimed to be the world's worst speller D:!

    Sine: Sine? Oh! (Opppsite/Hypotenuse)

    Cosine: Cosines are hot! (Adjacent/Hypotenuse)

Tangent: Tangent... DOA like TOA! (Opposite/Adjacent)

    SohCahToa is, Sin=Opposite Side/Hyp. Cos= Adjacent/Hyp and last of Tan=Opposite/Adjacted.
If you have an isosceles triangle, you split in half way down the middle and half values that you have.

SohCahToa can only happen with a right angled triangle, there are Radians as well which is more complicated which I don`t really know much about, it`s for people who are doing A-Levels, I`m not even doing GCSE`s.
