You don't have to explain yourself. You didn't ban anyone, the devs did. You shouldn't tell people that you reported a specific individual, but one way or another if they were banned, it's their own fault. The devs only ban people for doing things they shouldn't do. Don't do those things and you won't get banned, no matter how many people report you
