They're restarting with another cycle of elite vanities for people to get--starting with the old CoP.

It might be ranger ricks helm that's the starting elite vanity cap
i doubt. we just had a vanity helm as our elite cap reward and if i remember correctly, we were told that the subsequent elite vanites would follow the original layout. which means helm-->shield-->armor-->helm-->and what i assume to be a shield now
