If they average 2 cap increases a year, 2.5 years. Seems reasonable.
when the cap is lv100 , there should be quite a few other Big Title MMOrpgs out. in order to keep up, PocketLegends should be better than it is now.

When the lvl cap is 100, Sam Hayne's great great grand children will be telling all the new players about what it was like when the lvl cap was 71, and how there were these primitive devices called iPad.
Non elix users will be rare, no skill in using their characters for 95% of the PL population, most vets gone, rampant swearing, vulgarity, and harassment, rich devs/STS, etc.

When the cap is 100 in PL; Gameplay is extremely harder than it is today, scammers are everywhere, beggars unite under a single name and wage war in Begfort Castle, the Super Thrasher x8 elixer was born, and Star Legends finally gets the 56 cap after getting lots of sublevel events like the one in which players must battle the Scorn in a cake factory while trying to save the secret ingredient from Thyra Zael...

Seems to me that the time between now and the 100 cap will make or break PL. It all depends on what the devs do with the game.
Oh man pvp wise would be cool birds with 300 armor everything else with clear over a thousand. They'd need to amp our HP up due to ridiculous power of moves.

By level 100 everyone will use xbows cuz it will be 1 shot kills no matter what, but it also gets tricky with everyone's 99% dodge
Bears beckon will have unlimitless range
Turn into Runescape.
