In my opinion these are some of the greats in low lvl pvp who have stuck with 10-17 pvp throughout all the new weapons and gear updates, so here they are
L10 - sunblocks
L11 - yoonax
L12 - dtwelve
L13 - sugaaronja
L15 - bous
L16 - no idea not many ppl pvp there
L17 - would be toss up between gundamsone, restlessss and madeforpk
Kawakawasaki sorry I left you out but your not lvl 12 anymore :-(
