why not using hb neigher? it does give crit damage. doesnt crit damage important in the game rn?

Because the happiness bonus for heroic neigher is better suited for a warrior than a rogue since it gives +STR and not +DEX.

Flame has same 25%crit dmg. And like Junkie said, 50 dex.
On top of that, it has boss dmg and speed which benefits rogue more than haste and non-boss dmg which neigher has.

I always P1 and P3
For elite raha and hedo P1 my setup is-
Hero Neigh passive Hero Flame happiness Hero Pere AA. This allows a pet switch to Gl as Hero Pere AA is 15sec
P3 setup is Hero Draug (could use arc draug or any GL pet really) with Hero Sabb AA
