Can you tell us which hat is better? "Bigger luck" or the new "Eternal Big Luck" hat?

Description of bigger luck says better than big luck... Yet this eternal big luck is the new helmet, so it should be better... Right?

The stats of these have only increased with subsequent ones, with Eternal having the highest.
