Yes, there are sparkles associated with equipping either of the Legendary Rings.

Ring of Valiance - blue sparkles


Ring of Valiant Glory - multi colored sparkles (they change from white to red to green)

Its been one and half year now.
Do we have new cap or not?
If not, I will give up here then.
