Yes, as long as you can equip all three.

No. Do you have this combination? If so, time to hit the grind button before tomorrow.

It works just like itemset bonuses, so you DO need to wear the items as a set. We will continue to roll out elite vanities in sequence so you can continue to build your set. The 76 cap's item is a shield, the next will likely be armor, then a helm, and so on.

It helped by giving new players a path to getting their own elite vanity ring. With the old system, you could never accomplish this. Now a new player can cap over the next 3 campaigns and get their ring!

Apparently your idea of helping is just to make the stats for everyone the same, whether they played for 2 years or one month, and whether they grinded 8 hours per day or played for a few minutes here and there. Don't you think those who work harder deserve to have better stats and items than those who don't?

Getting 3x max level is not few minutes. You suck!
