This icon is on screen with one of my alts whenever im in a map mission should i be concerned?

Red exclamation mark flashes during missions.

Pretty sure that exclamation is due to your xp being disabled.

xp disable is on go to options> social options > disable xp gain remove the tick near the option

Yes i know xp is off, i put it that way to keep player low lvl. didnt think that was the problem thanks

It's a warning that basically means your level compared to the monster AI levels in the zone are getting far apart, and you may have some tough times ahead. Disabling XP tends to bring this up a lot since campaigns begin to have starting AI levels of a higher range as you progress farther into the game.
