No, that award was pretty much the celebration of SL being released..Which was on September 25th (I think)

It's counted from when you created a Spacetime account, not time within a game. So pretty much anyone that's been playing PL for 12 months or more (even counted before SL release) can Download make an SL account, hit lvl 5 (access to stash) and have the set waiting for themLol I didn't know that
